The Food & Beverage team works with some of the best local ingredients, grows their own herbs on the 16th floor rooftop herb garden, and harvests their own honey from their beehives on the roof of the fifth floor. Prepare, cook and present food according to hotel standard recipes in order to create quality food products.
Ensure proper receiving, storage (including temperature-setting) and rotation of food products so as to comply with Health Department regulations.
Adhere to control procedures for cost and quality.
Thorough knowledge of food products, standard recipes and proper preparation.
Any combination of Culinary Education, training or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
