Banquet Set Up\General Labor
Set up rooms for convention and catering events including moving large tables, chairs, and equipment. Must be able to move large equipment including tables and chairs.
Set up all meeting rooms to the specifications of the work list. This includes considerable physical activity in transporting awkward and heavy materials such as staging, tables, chairs, dance floors, etc., from storage area to meeting rooms.
Supply and replenish meeting rooms with clean glasses, fresh water, full amenities and steam linens and skirts.
Break down all meeting rooms where meetings have concluded and return to storage closet so the room will be available to be reset for the next function. Vacuum rooms and public areas.
Maintain established cleaning schedule of meeting rooms and ballrooms so the rooms stay presentable at all times.
Store Rooms, closets should be neat and orderly. Linens stocked appropriately. Removal of all trash and debris.
Must be available weekends
Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test and background check
