Greet and assist guests with the check in and check out processes along with any needs that arise throughout their stay. Front Desk Agents work together to meet high performance expectations and goals through competitive team spirit. As the first point of contact you develop relationships with guests and ensure that their stay is a 10 every time!
Register and assign rooms to guests.
Issue room key
Answer inquires pertaining to hotel services, registration of guests, shopping, dining, entertainment, and travel, directions.
Take ownership of guest complaints and use problem solving to satisfy their needs.
Promptly answer telephone calls and expedite to the proper person.
Scheduling is based on business and therefore can be erratic, including days, nights, weekends, and/or holidays and tight turnarounds.
Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test and background check
