Butcher-Fine Dining

Do you want to learn how to prepare dry-aged meat, cured fish, and how to break down whole animals?  What about the art of charcuterie?  Learn from our elite Chefs! Our culinary team works with some of the finest local ingredients; including whole animals arriving in from local farms. We are looking for someone with culinary experience seeking long term company growth.

Monday through Friday, No Weekends!


  • Wrap, label, weigh, and price cuts of meat.
  • Cut, trim, bone, tie and grind meats, such as beef, pork, poultry and fish to prepare meat in cooking forms.
  • Estimate requirements and order/requisition meat supplies to maintain inventories.
  • Receive, inspect, and store meat upon delivery to ensure meat quality.


  • +2 years of fine dining experience
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test and background check
