Pastry Assistant

Excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to work and experience varied aspects of pastry production while developing skills and creativity. 

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of desserts, breads, pastries, mignardise, cakes and pastries for fine and casual dining restaurants.
  • Production and plating of desserts for banquet functions from small to large. 
  • Ordering, sanitation, menu development, food storage and labeling.

Qualifications:

  • Must be available holidays, weekends, and variable shifts
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds
  • Must be able to stand 8 hours
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
