Front Desk Trainer

Have front desk hotel experience? Advance your career as our front desk trainer!  Assist guests with any needs that arise throughout their stay as well as training all new front desk and guest service team members.


  • Oversee training requirements for  all front desk and guest service team members.
  • Assist team members with accessing and completing online training.
  • Work with Director of training to access training needs of team members.
  • Greet guests and walk them through the check in process, accurately updating their record.
  • Assist guests with checking out, receiving and properly posting payments.
  • Listen to and anticipate guest needs.
  • Take ownership of guest complaints and use problem solving to satisfy their needs.
  • Promptly answer telephone calls and expedite to the proper person.

Scheduling is based on business and therefore can be erratic, including days, nights, weekends, and/or holidays and tight turnarounds. 


  • Must have prior front desk experience
  • OnQ experience preferred
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.
